LINCOLN RESTORATION SERVICES LTD

Was formed as a Limited Company in 2002 to incorporate all aspects of the businesses featured on this web site. We have membership of both Lincoln and Sleaford Chambers of Commerce to enable us to work closely with other local companies. We are pleased to have several years experience of working with local Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Community and Heritage projects.

Through our association with a large National company, ServiceMaster Limited, we have up-to-date access to all Health & Safety information and Employment regulations. Our products are all tested to approved standards and our staff are frequently assessed to up-grade their skills to handle new work projects.

ServiceMaster Contract Services

Owned by Ken Hinton for more than 30 years, ServiceMaster Contract Services Lincs is a franchise of ServiceMaster Ltd. It has grown from an owner operated concern to a company employing more than 50 people on the contracts it serves in Lincoln, Grantham and Newark.

A second franchised operation acquired to offer a service to both domestic and commercial customers in restoring and repairing furniture.

In the 30 years since setting up the ServiceMaster contract cleaning company, we have grown to incorporate several aspects to the business which is run from a 1.5 acre site south of Lincoln and a workshop in Lincoln.

As a well respected local company, we are pleased to be a supplier to Commercial clients, Local Authorities, Heritage and Archaeological groups as well as Public customers for their furniture repairs/restoration work and Insurance and Removal companies for claim related damage.
